Delusional

Devouring the core,
exhausting my lore,
lost, and most times sore
upon an oath I once swore,
sacrificing the time of my life,
innocent and fragile to strife
otherwise just stab me with a knife;
never concerning at my this lowlife
altogether shunning me away
like I was some freakish dismay.
