So did you think I was worthless?

When my path towards the unknown,
where everywhere I turn, I hear taunts -
sneering voices and disgraced faces;
the nightmare of which it everyday haunts.

They remind me of my imperfection,
the years of my undying struggle,
of pressuring peers and a desire to hope -
a faith beyond this teeny-weeny hurdle.

Well what you think mattered now no more,
I am well aware of my unending weakness,
and in the favor of time - my strength,
when you thought I am still worthless.
