Easy it is for me to retaliate emotionally,
sinking my knuckles right into your face;
easier still to ricochet abuses verbally,
scolding your mother and father and race;
or just wait in rage for you to act firstly
and lash it back justly without mercy...

...but wiser still to smile broadly,
regaining composure most importantly.
